Who is Pixzo web design for?
Pixzo is designed for startups, sole traders, and small businesses who want a professional online presence without high upfront costs or technical headaches.
What happens after 12 months?
Hosting is free for the first year. Afterward, it's £60 per year to keep your site online. This is renewed only with your approval otherwise the site will go offline.
Custom Domains are included (in Launchpads) for the first year, then typically £20 per year, renewed only with your approval.
Is SEO included?
Yes, the Launchpads include basic SEO setup, such as:
Search-friendly page structure
Meta titles and descriptions
Mobile optimisation
Advanced SEO services are available as an optional upgrade.
Do I own my website's content?
Yes, you retain complete ownership of your content and branding. Your site will be securely hosted on Pixzo's managed platform. However, Pixzo websites are built as managed websites, meaning they are not designed to be transferred to other platforms.
What do I need to get started?
Upon payment you will provide your name and email address and once paid, we will contact you for your business name, logo, text/content, and social/contact links to commence the project.
Most websites are completed within:
2-3 working days for Web Lite
3-7 working days for Launchpad and Launchpad Pro
What about refunds and additional costs?
There are no hidden costs, all fees are upfront and any optional extras or renewals are discussed before billing. Payments are non-refundable once the work begins.
